I have never seen a live cootie, but I remember the plastic Cootie parts from the “Cootie Game” of my brothers’ childhood. Does the word “cootie” have a new meaning that I am not aware of these days?

Btw, I have heard and have read that “bedbugs” are becoming quite a problem in the South. Most people seem to be discovering them and the accompanying rash after staying in a hotel.
