I'd be careful where I got that bag; "recycling toxins" and other toxins don't necessarily get you in the first years after exposure.

Do you put just the turkey or the turkey and the pan in the bag? Since KK's recipe says to put the turkey in the pan first, it wasn't clear to me.

The heat/ac guy rigged my heat in hopes that it will work until I have the entire heat/ac unit replaced next week. Merry Christmas to me.
