Today I pick up the Explorer that messed up on me last week. It is going to end up costing, grand total, around $350. I guess that’s the way it goes sometimes. But we’ve had a heat control valve replaced, new plugs, new wires, new fuel filter, and maybe a new air filter too.
Now it’s time to find a mid 90’s pickup and then maybe trade in the Explorer for something. All this is over a span of a couple of years, but those are the plans. Hopefully everything will stay in working order til then.
