Last year I saw Kem Meyer’s video of her running a 5K in South Bend, IN. I was impressed at the video making capabilities. And the genius of her actually shooting video while running.
Well two weeks ago was the Double Decker 10K race here in Oxford, MS. I was grossly unprepared too. The hills would be my nemesis. And since I knew I wouldn’t be breaking any personal records I decided to make a video of it as well. Here it is.

I feel a little nauseous after watching that. 🙂 But… Yay, congratulations! You did a great job running, video taping, and narrating at the same time. I'd never attempt that since I can't waste an ounce of energy. I thought your time was pretty good for walking a few times and all the hills. The last 10K I ran, my time was 1:14 which is incredibly slow. I didn't stop either. Ugh. I'm suppose to run another 10K in 3 1/2 weeks. I'm really nervous and sadly my only running friend will be out of town, so I'm doing it alone. *sniff*. Oh, and I like y'alls accent!
